Give the gift of thoughtful planning - this 2026 slim week-to-view diary was lovingly designed by Stephen and Alison.

Stephen reflects on the challenges of Alison’s diagnosis with multiple system atrophy. “You don’t cope with the diagnosis, but with the support of family, friends, and carers, you learn to live a little.” Like many affected by MSA, their plans for the future were upended as the condition reduced Alison’s independence.

Despite the emotional toll, Stephen and Alison have a found a meaningful way to support the MSA Trust and raise awareness of the condition. Drawing on Stephen’s professional background in print production, they generously offered to produce 2026 pocket diaries for the Trust. “Rather than donate money, this offers a chance to promote MSA,” he explains. “The more people that know about MSA, the better.”
